Since 2002, when Luminus was founded by scientists and engineers from MIT, the company has worked closely with customers to solve their most challenging problems and deliver unique LED component solutions. Now backed by the world’s largest LED fab, Sanan, Luminus focuses on LED efficacy, light density, outstanding quality of light, and reliability across the whole spectrum from UVC, through visible, and into infrared.  Luminus is continuously developing new form factors to address the needs of many different applications including projection displays, horticulture, medical, architectural, stage, studio, and general illumination.
